30-Day Exchange Policy:

Eligibility:

You may exchange your fitness equipment within 30 days of purchase if it is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged, show signs of wear, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for exchange.

Initiating an Exchange:

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your item. You can reach us by email at Maisonfitness.ca@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and reason for exchange.

Exchange Authorization:

Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with an exchange authorization number and instructions on how to proceed.

Exchange Procedure:

You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us, following the provided instructions. Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its eligibility for exchange, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.

Additional Charges:

If the new item you choose for exchange has a different price than the original item, you may be required to pay the price difference or receive a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

Exclusions:

Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made equipment, may not be eligible for exchange. Any such exclusions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If the item you received is damaged or defective, please refer to our warranty policy for instructions on how to receive a replacement.

Return Authorization:

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.

 

Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Refund Process:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will refund you.
