Warranty Coverage:

This warranty covers any manufacturing defect in the adjustable dumbbells, specifically related to the gear mechanism responsible for changing the weight. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage or breakage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidents or unauthorized modifications. Terms and conditions:

Duration: The warranty period for adjustable dumbbells is 1 year from the date of purchase. Coverage Details: If a manufacturing defect is discovered during the warranty period, Maison Fitness will repair or replace the defective part or product free of charge. The decision to repair or replace will be made at the discretion of Maison Fitness, after evaluating the reported problem.

Claims Procedure: To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service at maison fitness.ca@gmail.com. Provide your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) and a detailed description of the problem. Once your claim is approved, you will receive instructions on how to complete the repair or replacement.

General Conditions: All warranty claims must be made by the original purchaser. This warranty is not transferable and applies only to products purchased directly from Maison Fitness or its authorized resellers.

Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Maison Fitness will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of business or other economic loss arising from the use or inability to use the product.
